Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a reputable Client in Qatar for Quantity Surveyors / Estimator to join our company on full time basis.
** Candidates with MMUP/UPDA Certification are highly recommended.
Requirements as follows:
Roles & Responsibilities
• Must have experience in Civil works.
• To develop and prepare BOQ.
• To send enquiry and obtain quotations from sub-contractors/ suppliers.
• Experience in analysis Tender documents.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects, ensuring accurate forecasting of materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
• Review and analyse project plans, specifications, and proposals to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
• Prepare and present comprehensive bid proposals, highlighting the value proposition and justifying cost estimates to stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates and revisions for future references and continuous improvement of estimation practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• B. Sc Civil Engineering/ B. Sc in Quantity Surveying with experience of 7 to 10 years.
