Premium Solutions Consultancy is currently recruiting for the role of Real Estate Sales Manager for a client in Dubai. The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE, along with a solid understanding of the local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in regular client meetings to understand their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying avenues for sales growth.
• Foster and maintain relationships with brokers and agents to cultivate new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts with sellers, ensuring satisfaction among all parties involved.
• Identify market opportunities for increased sales volume or enhanced profit margins through innovative marketing strategies or product offerings.
• Represent clients by presenting offers to sellers and facilitating negotiations on price and terms of sale.
• Analyse market conditions, identifying trends impacting prices and interest levels in specific areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales strategies.
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the local market landscape.
