Premium Solutions is seeking a Sales Engineer for a reputed client in Qatar.
Role Description:
• Develop and nurture customer relationships within the Qatar market.
• Drive the position of Scala Construction Engineering and EPSS Elevator in the market.
• Identify and communicate sales opportunities for EPSS Elevator.
• Generate new customer opportunities for Scala’s maintenance team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in collaboration with the Scala and EPSS teams.
• Maintain comprehensive customer data for future market opportunities.
• Generate new opportunities beyond the current customer base.
• Meet sales budget and pricing targets through leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts.
• Match EPSS/Scala solutions with customer needs and provide pricing solutions for installations and maintenance.
• Validate customer orders align with negotiation outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, tasks, and visits.
• Gather market and competitor information from the field for analysis.
• Provide timely and accurate reports.
Sales Target:
• Sell one unit per month.
• Secure one maintenance contract per month.
Qualifications:
• Hold a university degree in a technical field related to machinery and electrical systems.
• Proficient in reading drawing layout plans, architectural, and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the Elevator or Mechanical/Electrical Industry.
• Self-motivated, organized, customer-service-oriented, and goal-driven.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proven passion for sales, with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
• Prior experience in the Qatar market is preferred.
