🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Monitor site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and construction procedures.
- Oversee site activities for residential villas, commercial buildings, and high-rise projects.
🔹 Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in structural and architectural works.
- Strong hands-on site supervision and construction experience.
- Experience with residential villas, commercial buildings, or high-rise projects.
- Valid Qatar ID and UPDA/MMUP certification are mandatory.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
