Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring skilled Steel Erectors on behalf of our UAE-based client for their project in Qatar. The Steel Erector will be responsible for assembling, aligning, and installing structural steel frameworks and components according to project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints for accurate assembly.
• Erect and assemble steel structures on-site, ensuring correct alignment and secure bolting.
• Work closely with crane operators, welders, and riggers during lifting and positioning operations.
• Inspect installations for accuracy, alignment, and stability.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations during work at heights.
• Maintain and safely operate tools and equipment required for steel erection.
• Report defects, damages, or deviations immediately to the Site Engineer or Supervisor.
• Ensure all steel structures meet project and safety specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Steel Erector or in a similar construction role.
✅ Strong ability to read and interpret fabrication or assembly drawings.
✅ Knowledge of rigging, lifting, and welding techniques.
✅ Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
✅ Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
✅ Safety certifications such as “Working at Heights” or Rigging are an added advantage.
✅ Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Structural, Mechanical, or Civil discipline preferred.
