We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Lighting Division Manager to lead lighting and electrical projects for a reputable organization in Qatar. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on project management across large-scale lighting installations.

Key Responsibilities (Brief):

• Lead and manage lighting & electrical division including engineers and site teams
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of lighting projects
• Control project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Review and approve lighting designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals
• Ensure integration of lighting systems with electrical and control systems
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for project execution
• Manage procurement coordination for lighting fixtures and materials
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and specifications
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover
• Mentor and develop engineering and project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
• 10–15 years of experience in lighting and electrical project management
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong experience in commercial, hospitality, and large-scale lighting projects
• Proficiency in Dialux and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of lighting systems, controls, and electrical standards
• Excellent leadership, client handling, and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
