🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Prepare cost estimates and support project budgeting activities.
• Review architectural drawings and project specifications to identify material and quantity requirements.
• Monitor project quantities, costs, variations, and commercial requirements.
• Support tendering and estimation activities.
• Prepare and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Assist with cost comparison, commercial evaluation, and recommendations.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
• Identify variations, additional works, and potential cost impacts.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Maintain accurate QS documentation, measurement records, and commercial reports.
• Provide quantity and cost information to support project decision-making.

🔹 Mandatory Requirements

• Must be a qualified Architect.
• Strong, hands-on Quantity Surveying (QS) experience.
• Proven experience in:
