We are looking for a professional and experienced Medical Receptionist / Hostess to join a reputable healthcare facility in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical administration, with experience in dermatology or laser centres preferred. Bilingual candidates who speak both English and Arabic will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients professionally upon arrival
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries efficiently
- Support daily operations of the clinic or medical center
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Experience in a medical reception or healthcare environment
- Knowledge of dermatology or laser center operations is a plus
- Bilingual – fluent in English and Arabic preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and patient-focused attitude
